Only a couple weeks left until summer tests.How are your basics?
- angle of your feet?
- back leg straight?
- front knee bent?
- hips turned in?
- turning on your toes?
- heel down?
- sliding, not stepping?
There is more to aikido than just remembering new techniques. Learn the basics, so you can eventually forget them.
